Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, all jewellery items once sold are non-refundable.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

•You receive a damaged product

•You receive a wrong product different from your order

•A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims

•The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

•Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered

•Any refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

•Requests received after 24 hours will not be eligible

•After verification, we will offer:

•Replacement, or

•Refund (only if replacement is unavailable)

•Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

•Refund credit time: 7–10 business days

•Replacement/Exchange/Damaged product will be delivered in 5-7 days.

•Tarnishing caused due to improper care, exposure to water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals

•Minor color or design variations due to lighting or photography

•Damage caused after delivery

•Sale, discounted
